LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT
Terms Of The Warranty
JUX International warrants that LOCK30 Power Extension Cord that was purchased from JUX International or an authorized reseller is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warrant period. The warranty period is 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. The warranty period extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the product.
During the warranty period, JUX International will replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product.
This limited warranty does not cover any problems that is caused by:
- damage as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper maintenance or modification
- improper use of the product as stated in the inside cover of the packaging
- as a result of natural causes including but not limited to lightening, flood, or other natural disasters
- unnatural causes resulting form war or terrorist attack
JUX International is not liable for any damages caused by the product or by the failure of the product to perform including any lost profits, lost savings, incidental damages or consequential damages. JUX International is not liable for any claim made by a third party or made by you for a third party.
How To Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, please contact us via email or using the request form found on www.lock30.com to request and RMA number. Ensure that the subject line contains the phrase: LOCK30 RMA request. In message body of the email / request form, please clearly identify the issue and the suspected cause of the issue. JUX International may request additional information from you to assess the problem. If accepted, you will be provided with an RMA number and a shipping location to return the product. Shipping of the product is the customer's responsibility (C.O.D. will not be accepted).
Once the defective product has been received, JUX International will provide a notification of acceptance or rejection within 30 days. If accepted, a replace product of equal or greater value will be sent withing 90 days. JUX International will pay for the cost of shipping on the replacement product.
